"Just wanted you to know that today, I took a count of what we are now getting in from my various web sites, newspaper ads, and Realtor referrals. I am getting online applications (1003’s) in my inbox 24 hours per day (most without even talking to me) at the rate of about 8 per day, and that’s 7 days per week.
Life is good sir, and I have you to thank…in part, for teaching new methods to me, my people, and how to better handle my time. I am not completely where I want to be yet, but soon I will be.
We will close probably 30 files this month for a total of somewhere in the $4,600,000 for April. We are just getting warmed up, and that’s the amazing part. I never dreamed I would ever get close to $5 million in a month, but it’s beginning to look like we just may be headed there!

"I put together an ad and a landing page on my own to see what I could do. My ad was very successful. The first day I had 31 visitors to my landing page!! After that experiment I plugged in your ad and landing page template this morning. So far (2:50 pm) I have 22 visitors and 5 leads that left their contact information! You can bet that I am going to keep working this strategy. Your stuff works, now it is up to me to get these people closed."

3 people to follow-up with on credit right now with the rest to follow. They all LOVED the credit and said they have been getting my info.
1 Realtor who is the Buying Agent for a team who specializes in Short Sells and FHA Foreclose. She got the vision of how she can now take the sellers (who buy the way don't want to be worked be the listing agent for a new home) and turn them back to buyers for HER.
But the best one was a Realtor who handles Relocation's gave me 58 yes I said 58 relocation leads to work. She loved the co-branding and in turn gave me the list in Excel so that is what I will be working on today."

I have received more leads on my (Craig's List Ads) in just 2 days than I received in a year! I have become an 'expert' at placing the ads thanks to your extremely tutorial video (great idea) and can't wait to teach my 16 year old daughter the system so I can just take the apps.
…. thanks to the Mastermind group I am confident that we will never be short of ideas to market ourselves effectively.
